Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the request for completeness and validity
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content where appropriate
  • Take reasonable steps to prevent repeated infringement

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include sufficient information to identify the removed content and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringement Policy

MCPE-Planet reserves the right to restrict access to users or content providers who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
